Export the Master Category List as a text or csv file. With the Category Manager you can import these files on another computer. You can also open and edit a csv Category file directly with Microsoft Excel.

NewForce categorization: What is the best filing system good for if one forgets to put the data in its place? Category Manager can prompt you if a category assignment is missing. You can determine for every item type (e-mails, contacts, tasks etc.) if you prefer to get just a reminder, or if you want to be forced to assign a category. Of course, you can also turn off the feature for any item type.
NewOnly available with the Enterprise version: Publish a central category list for all users in a network. Category Manager loads that data at your preferred intervals. You decide yourself if you want to replace the local Master Category List, or if you want to have the central items be added to it.
