With Category-Manager you can group your categories in Microsoft Outlook, share them with other users, filter a folder by category, automatically categorize new emails, and more.

- All of your categories in a side-bar, which is integrated into the Outlook window: Assign categories as fast as lightning.
- Filter Outlook folders by categories: AND filter and OR filter are supported
- You can assign free text, no need to pick any from the list of categories
- Automatic synchronization of categories and colors for all users (Enterprise version)
- Categories can be grouped. You can also share these groups with other users (Enterprise version)

- Even IMAP messages can be categorized; however, note that some IMAP mail servers do not support categories, in that case the categorization would be only locally
